Vikrant's journey began with an ordinary childhood moment.

While singing in the bathroom, he unknowingly impressed his father, who recognised his vocal potential. His father, himself a talented singer, had once received encouragement to pursue opportunities in Mumbai but had been unable to build the career he wanted.

Instead of letting that dream disappear, he chose to support his son's musical ambitions.
“मेरे पास कोई Support नहीं था, लेकिन मेरी Support तेरे साथ है। तू आगे बढ़।”
Those words became the foundation of Vikrant's journey.

From Chandigarh to Mumbai: The Journey Behind the Music
Before Mumbai, Vikrant was gaining recognition through live performances and singing competitions.

He recalls performing “Badan Pe Sitare” before lyricist Hasrat Jaipuri, receiving encouragement and becoming known as the “Prince of Chandigarh.”
His musical journey later took him through Sa Re Ga Ma, opportunities to connect with established musicians, and a meeting with composer Aadesh Shrivastava that helped open the door to Mumbai.

Through these experiences, Vikrant built a career that included devotional recordings and collaborations associated with T-Series.
